Reliable and helpful
This is my second time buying, I got the chance to buy chaos rising from the lottery system which really helps to get the chance to get packs when they're not readily available. I also got a couple of etb cases for my Pokémon center etbs and they were very fast at answering my question regarding if the PKC etb will fit with the protector cases

Hi Rohan, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. As I'm sure you're aware there is currently a huge shortage of supply compared to demand of Pokemon TCG products. Our lottery system takes up significant resources in order to make sure that our products reach genuine collectors and not bot accounts.
We're sorry that you haven't been able to get as much stock as you'd have liked, but we're glad we were able to make sure you got some at a fair price!

I used to be skeptical about these guys but I like how fair their lottery system seems and how normal people have a chance to get Pokemon cards for RRP.
