Package took MONTHS to ship, took even more months to arrive in the states, got turned around in transit, got damaged, and never arrived. Company refused to do a full refund, or send out a replacement for free. Everything was "including the cost of replacement or shipping". Ended up giving me a partial refund. Absolute trash, do not recommend buying from them, EVER

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received. I placed a significant order with this company, but instead of the item I purchased, I was sent a completely incorrect and unusable product.
When I contacted their customer support to resolve the issue, they acknowledged the discrepancy but offered an absolutely insulting "goodwill compensation" of $2 USD. This is a negligible fraction of what I paid for the correct item and is completely unacceptable as a resolution for an error entirely on their part.
Service Failure: They failed to ship the correct item in my order.
Resolution Failure: They attempted to resolve a major shipping error with a negligible, offensive compensation offer instead of offering a full refund or shipping the correct item.
The communication and proposed resolution demonstrate a severe lack of respect for the customer's time and money. Do not trust their quality control or their commitment to resolving issues fairly. I strongly advise against ordering from this company.

Horrible website. I ordered two Kodak Charm cameras, and the package took about three weeks to arrive from America. I was so disappointed when I opened the package! They were just two small Chinese cameras that looked like toys, and had nothing to do with Kodak. I paid €47 for both. Fortunately, I paid through PayPal, and I filed a claim for a refund. This website offered me an €8 refund a second time. When I declined, they offered me a €10 refund, which I declined again because it was completely different from what I ordered. Then the seller wrote back that he would refund the entire amount. But I have to ship the item to China at my own expense. I filed a claim through PayPal, so they can decide for themselves whether this purchase and dispute are fair. The site refunded the entire amount. Don't buy anything there.

These guys are absolute scammers, they won’t even read your emails, instead keep sending you the same excuses over and over again.
My package arrived on the 29th, 28 days after ordering the product and paid for fast shipping!
They only told me today that it was delivered with DHL, before that nothing, just fake tracking sites!
Then comes the product… I picked it up today, because only today I found out it had been in my neighbour’s home for two days!
The product I ordered was the Kodak Charmera… what I got? A cheap knockoff camera from Ali Express, you can even see it on the screen pretty much! Worse quality in every possible way!
Throughout this month I sent them countless of emails, these emails were answered all the same pretty much, even after I called them scammers and more, they’d still send the same excuses, meaning they never read my emails 😂🤷‍♂️
Inside the package there was a different email address, so I just messaged them too, it’s apparently another customer service support email address… which again did nothing! They answered again without reading what my email was about!!! 😂😂😂
Stay away from these scammers, they’re also super bad at it! They will only respond to you like a normal customer service agent while it’s not shipped!!!

I ordered the Kodak Charmera Digital Camera keychain, and they sent me a completely different item from what I ordered and what is shown on their product page.

The website / owner is not even based in the US. The items shipped from the Czech Republic and then they wanted me to mail the items back to a non-existent address in China--at my expense--before they would process my refund. Even though they knowingly and wilfilly sent me the wrong items!

The company's name associated with PayPal is Wh1tdrink Co. Ltd. Hopefully enough people report them to get them shut down or at least prevent them from scamming others.

Everyone beware.

Ordered a projectioner, paid for quick delivery.
5 weeks later nothing but excuses. Asked for money back. They have refused. Keep telling me “it’s coming”.

Ordered from them dec 16 said would be here dec 24. Didn't arrive until Jan 8. Then got two different tracking one from Norway one from China. Also tried to email and cancel order less than an hour aftwr order and instead of cancelling the order shipped it and now I have to pay for it to be returned all way back to China not Virginia. Fake phone number give. To us via PayPal disputes. When I call their so called number it's Wyndham hotels. Continued emailing for help and no answer back.

Order placed December 5th 2023, we are now on January 28th 2024, Have tried to get in touch no joy, the carrier has had my parcel in the UK since December 24th 2023, Been trying to find a number to call them again no joy.

I ordered 3 hats off of the Facebook site and the company is Obsertionper on December 5th, 2023. The order was for $54.41 but the they charged me $68.01. I then began to research the company and found out that it is fraudulent. Many complaints saying they never received their order. I tried to cancel but the said it was already shipped. The merchandise has NEVER come. I called PayPal to dispute. They said that it was a valid charge. I'm disputing AGAIN because the merchandise has NOT come. Also the "shipping company" they claim to use is NOT a valid company.

I love these shoes for their fresh look and comfort. I read the reviews that said they run small and ordered 1/2 size up. I'm glad I did.

These have been the most comfortable shoes I have ever bought.
