Bought a Robens tent from their eBay store - quick and efficient in delivery and the tent was well packaged. There was a problem with one of the poles with the new tent which they dealt with quickly by raising a warranty claim with Robens. Communication throughout was excellent via eBay messenger. Would happily purchase with confidence from them again.
Bad customer service. I brought a Coleman blackout tent and the blackout material started coming off after the second use. They didn't want to help, basically wasted £300.

Purchased a tent from these however tent was faulty and the firm didn’t really want to know , when they sent us a return label for it the shipping company told us they had moved ! Why send the wrong shipping label out if they wanted to deal with the issue ! Now waiting for ups to contact them and sort this out.
