I ordered on 10th November 2017 and it's now 2nd December and still no item has been delivered.
I only ordered some lights for the spokes on a child's bike and I really didn't expect such a delay.
They have offered no suggested delivery date and no compensation. I would never order again.

Ordered their Zevo 9p for the kids. Lovely product and caring customer service unlike other stores that have automated response.
Definitely recommend them.

£80 paid 3 weeks ago and no product or customer update
I ordered £80+ of spoke lights from obevy 3 weeks ago via their Facebook ad. I live in mainland UK. Nothing arrived. I have a receipt and order number but no tracking. I queried this after 2 weeks of no updates, and was told they are in transit.... A week later still nothing and no customer support update. I raised this concern on their Facebook page and their response was a laughing image. Make your own mind up. I'll not recommend them or shop with them or via a Facebook advertiser ever again

We dispatch the products on-the-day. However due to holiday season rush the shipping courier is under heavy load which is why we pay for your shipping and handling.
Please reply here with your order number so we can find the best solution for you.
If the package remains stuck we'd like to resend it through DHL for express shipping. All costs on us.
