Bad experiences with this company. Everything comes from China. It’s not Australia owned. Don’t waste your money and go directly to a Chinese source like Alibaba or Amazon. I bought the the signs from them because I thought it was Australian comp.
My signs are are not working and I made a complaint they told me to pay again . Their design/ mock up is different from the actual products. I hate this type of dishonest business. I will report them to the fair trade as well. Wasted thousands of dollars for nothing.

This has been one of the worst business experiences I’ve ever had. I would give zero stars if I could. This company delayed my sign by almost an entire month, causing serious disruption to my business operations and a direct loss of income.

When the sign finally arrived, it didn’t even match the quote they originally provided—completely different specs, and no accountability for it.

Their communication is downright atrocious. Emails go unanswered for days (if ever), and calls are either ignored or sent straight to voicemail. It’s like they vanish the moment you make a payment.

This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly has no regard for customer satisfaction.
