Ponderous renewal process
I was impressed by the attention to detail and focus on quality. I found the renewal process time-consuming and ponderous. It took 28 minutes to complete a renewal which was on a simple like-for-like basis. This is no reflection on the agent who was very helpful but had to follow the script. I think Oasis needs to look at its renewal process.
