A friend gave me their site link. I checked out some reviews and decided to use their service. I'm so glad I did. They are obviously very experienced, detail oriented and very helpful. I applied Q2 visa, which is unlike the past years much simpler process. There's long form to fill and it's very finiky about your photo that can be uploaded into the form, not to mention many support documents required. And some instruction is not clear. Leon and Eric going back and forth had me corrected mistakes,even missing digit in my application, every step was precise and promptly. I received the visa 3 days ago which was almost a week ahead of what I estimated arrival. I'm extremely grateful for their help and will use their services again in future.

I have been using Oasis China Visa Service for maybe close to 20 years now, and they have managed to always obtain a Chinese L visa for me. They have been fast, always correct in what documentations is needed, attentative to my needs and at reasonable rates. What else can be said. Well, maybe once more, thanks for a great service, and for hgetting me aound 7 different L visas during our business relationship so far. Great work !

I am honestly leaving a review for Oasis on any and every site I can find. They have been spectacular! I am moving to China and have had a complicated situation, but they have been helpful and guided me every step of the way. They are very responsive to email and have kindly answered every question I have had without making me feel stupid or uneducated. They are an amazing company and I would use them again and again and recommend them to anyone looking for visa services. I contacted several different agencies and am so glad Oasis responded first and I was able to use them. They turned a complicated process into something easy and straightforward. Had a really poor experience with Oasis China Visa this time around.

I'm currently abroad and unable to send mail domestically in the US. I reached out to Oasis to have them help me apply for a notarized criminal background check from my local government's office and was told that this was 'not possible'.

So I picked up the phone and called the local government office and asked whether or not a 3rd party could request a notarized criminal background check for any resident of PA, which they confirmed 'Yes, of course, you can.'

I took this information (audio recording) back to Oasis and told them that it was perfectly fine for them to help me with this process.

Oasis once again denied me by saying that a certain employee was not in the office that day and wouldn't be back till later the next week. They were unable to mail a form to the PA government office.

Really disappointed in how they handled this interaction. Won't be using them again or recommending any of my friends to use them in the future.

I needed to provide an additional document and Oasis China Visa Services contacted me immediately--after I provided the necessary additional document, I received everything back precisely when they said I would.

As I could not contact or reach the Chinese embassy in Washington DC via phone, I had no choice but to use an agency. Oasis was very efficient and professional, but the cost was twice as much as what I anticipated it would be.

They always answer our questions quickly and did a great job of keeping me informed on the processing of my visa.

Very quick service for Chinese visas! Rates are very competitive with others. They were less expensive than some we considered, but I would have used them even if they were more costly! Best service was that we sent them all out documents as PDF scans attached to an email for their review before we mailed the actual papers. They responded within moments telling us what else we needed so there were no surprises with returned, incomplete applications. Excellent experience!

I found this company through a google search. I picked them because they had a phone number to contact. I called at least 4 times with questions about how to fill in my application and received superb customer service. They sent email updates as well.

We needed to get our visas within one week. Oasis did it within four days! One warning - make sure you have all the documents you need before sending, like a copy of your marriage license.

I recommend this service when filing for a Chinese visa. My mom, friend and myself used the service to get our tourist visa. The staff was very helpful, efficient when applying for a visa. Letting us know what we needed and took care of the rest. Not having to worry about lines, waiting, being dismissed with not having the right documents when waiting in the visa department.
