Bought a three yr old A4 from Oakwood, staff were great and gave me a fair price for my golf trade in.
The new car did have a parking sensor fault a couple of weeks later which was a bit of a pain but Oakwood were brilliant and had it sorted in no time.

Have been without a car for nearly 3 months..
They sold me a faulty car with the wrong battery in.
They ignore emails they don't sort out any issues you raise and pass the buck to each other, I will be taking this as high as I can go as I'm paying the finance every month for a car that doesn't work!
They have made my experience of getting a new car extremely stressful and unpleasant.
Absolutely disgraceful company stay well clear of them!!!
