Nice products, disappointing service
I ordered two bedside cabinets at the end of November. The email confirmation provided me with the number of days it would take for them to fulfil the order which should have been just before Christmas. Just before Christmas I called to find out they had been closed for Christmas since 14 December. I emailed asking for an update on my order but no reply, fair enough, they were closed but I would have expected to be told that my order would be delayed because of their extended Christmas break. In January the order was delivered but there was a chip in the paint on one of the cabinets. I emailed immediately and was informed I could either return the cabinet and have a new one delivered or have a £10 discount and a pot of the paint delivered to me. I didn’t want to have the hassle of waiting another month for a replacement so I opted for the discount and paint. Well, I am still waiting and have sent multiple emails chasing this but none of them are responded to. The communication is dismal. While the products are very nice and reasonably priced, I feel that this comes at the expense of customer service which is awful. It’s a real shame as I wanted to post a much better review than I have been able to. :(
