LifePro

Great experience with LifePro!
I recently purchased the LifePro DualThera and had a very positive experience. The ordering process was easy, and my order arrived quickly and safely.

I would especially like to thank Faustin for his help. He was very helpful throughout the ordering process and made sure my order was processed and received quickly. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and support.

I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend LifePro!

I filed a warranty claim for a damaged…

I filed a warranty claim for a damaged product and initially went about a week without hearing back. After following up, I received a prompt response from Faustine in customer support, who tracked down my claim and provided me with the UPS tracking # the same day. The issue was resolved quickly once we connected, and Faustine was professional and helpful throughout. I appreciate the lifetime warranty backing and the service that came with it.
