Think I have been scammed???

I saw some lovely boots on a UK website and ordered 2 pairs in different colours.
When initially tracking my order I was dismayed to see it was shipping from China and actually emailed the company to say I was under the impression it was UK based. No reply. On receiving my inferior boots I discovered 2 pairs the exact same colour in the wrong size, absolutely no use to me.
Then the fun began, as a goodwill gesture they offered me 30% refund !!! Their mistake and it will now cost me money , and if I wish to return then entirely my cost for THEIR MISTAKE 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨 I rather think I've been scammed, DO NOT BOTHER with this awful company
