Mower batteries

Very good at answering emails promptly, and giving helpful replies.
Tried to buy a mower battery at reduced price - £59. Mower takes two batteries. Turned out there was only one at this price. A second one would cost me £79. The going rate for these batteries is £72. Postage would cost £12 (!!!!!??). No sale. Cheaper to buy elsewhere.

Parts arrived in good time and were well packaged. Parts are genuine manufacturer parts and fit well.

£650 battery lawnmower still under…

£650 battery lawnmower still under warranty, 1 battery has packed up, was told they will have to go back to manufacture, consumer act says they should replace the battery and then deal with manufacturer, still no working lawnmower. Will not use this company again.I could source and get delivered this battery the next day, dragging their heels, ???
