Quite expensive + missing the best flavours
Quite expensive, alleged discount isn’t really a discount when prices are overinflated, and missing the best flavours (raspberry mojito and apple & elderberry) in the Vegan Clear Protein range. Feel really disappointed in my purchase and not sure if I’ll be making another in a hurry :(

Terrible customer service!
I accidentally selected the wrong flavour when placing my order and emailed them immediately to fix it. Despite contacting them straight away, they refused to make any changes, which is pretty frustrating for what should be a simple request.
On top of that, it’s now been almost 2 weeks and my order still hasn’t arrived. When I reached out to customer service, I was told one of the items is out of stock which is apparently causing the delay but I was never notified about this at all.
Poor communication, no flexibility, and slow delivery. Honestly, one and done for me.

Not a Great Experience
Hi MyProtein Team,
I hope you are well.
I am writing regarding my recent order, which unfortunately arrived with multiple issues.
Firstly, the delivery was delayed. I did receive an email from MyProtein acknowledging the delay and apologising for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. However, the delivery still arrived later than expected.
Secondly, and more importantly, when I opened the package, I noticed that protein powder had spilled everywhere inside the box. Upon checking the bags, it appears they were subjected to significant pressure, causing them to burst open. The damage makes the product unsafe to consume, as the contents may have been contaminated.
I have attached screenshots/photos showing the condition in which the items arrived.
Given the situation, I kindly request a replacement for the damaged bags as soon as possible. Please also swap all 5 packets.
