Do not use this site. They charge 3 times higher than the official site. I was scammed to use this and paid $199 for what only needs $70 on the official NZ govt site.
This is a scam, you will get the ETA but you pay £105, instead of the NZ$35. Don’t use this site, go to the NZ government immigration site (.govt.nz) and do it through the proper channel. I was in a hurry and didn’t pay attention until I noticed it wasn’t displaying the cost when I paid and then realised I was on .org and not .govt. Complete rip off! And they’ll refuse to refund you, even if the ETA hasn’t been issued yet.
