Cancellation Policy
Haven't gotten the service yet, but their cancellation policy is garbage. I'm trying to cancel my reservation for an event that's a month and a half and they said the 50% deposit is non-refundable as it holds my place in their schedule. I stated that if I didn't want the reservation anymore what would he be holding then other than my money. The reply back was super cold and Tom then said, it's first come first served so he denied other parties for that time and date.
I'm confused as to why he wouldn't contact the other groups saying that time is available. He also stated that I need to act quick because slots fill up quickly especially a month/two months in advance so it shouldn't be hard finding another group.
I emailed them for several weeks asking them if they found anyone as the date was approaching and I received no response. I had to go through Chase and dispute the charge. They also didn't respond to Chase either. I wouldn't recommend this site. I'm just glad I got my money back.
