DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They need to be shut down! First, it took forever to get my order. Second, the clothing DOES NOT fit as suggested and the quality is horrible. Paper thin material, threads everywhere, just very cheap!! You try to return and you get nothing but a run around from the one email address you get. They will not give you a return address, which I guess wouldn't have made a difference because I am sure I would not have received a refund. They actually told me to give the clothing away. Who buys things for themselves and gives it away without trying to fix it? Also, I have noticed that they have blocked their site from me because I told them I was going to tell all about them. Better Business Bureau is next. Please people, do not bother with these scammers. The good reviews are obviously fake!

Worst ever - Don't waste your money

After months items arrived, nothing like the picture, they smelled really bad, didn't fit and ghastly material. Even though they say they can be returned, they won't accept returns and give you the run around. Told me to give mine away. They are so bad and only suitable for the rubbish bin. i would be embarrassed to donate them to the op shop.
This people need to be banned

This is the worst company I have ever ordered from. It took them forever to send my clothes, and I still haven't got all of them yet. Like all the other comments. They stunk, really cheap materials. I had threads coming out all over everywhere. They were also not the right size. I text them to cancel my order, and they told me, that it was impossible because they had already started to get it ready. It's funny, I'm still waiting for them. Do not waste your money on this crap. Not worth it!

Their sizes are not accurate and material is not as they state. Cheap clothing and a waste of time. Even though they say they have a 30 day return policy they told me they wouldn't take it back because it would cost me too much to send it back. The reviews on the site must be fake because they are all good but when you check reviews elsewhere they are all negative. Very rude and shady when replying to anything I contacted them about. I don't suggest you buy from them EVER!

I was very disappointed with the clothes, primarily because they are not accurate in their sizing. Add to this they did not provide tracking information and it took forever for them to come. When I complained on their FB page, they blocked me from commenting and deleted what I wrote. If you can't accept criticism, you shouldn't be in business.

Horrible clothing. Cheap quality and they smell. Colors and designs are way off pictures. I ordered 2XL and while they say 2XL, they are a medium. Ordered 9 items and not one fits. I can wear XL but like 2X to hide in. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY 😞

I ordered what I thought looked like cute tops on their website boy , was I wrong ! They came & the fabric was nothing like what they said it would be . Definitely not cotton. They use a cheap polyester. Poor poor quality . What a scan this company is . I contacted them to see if I can return them & now I’m getting the runaround 😡Never again!

Nylily are scammers to the full max. I purchased clothing, that was so ill made, did not fit, did not look like the item pictured and they will not take them back nor do they give a refund. I read their returns policy first which stated that if not satisfactory items could be returned but this is not the case. In fact they told me to give them away. PLEASE PLEASE do not order from them and send them out of business before they scam too many more people

They don’t deserve even 1 star!!! FRAUD ALERT!! They are scam artists. They say it’s backordered ... then they give you a fake tracking number... then they block you from their pages!!

I received top I ordered which was not the color stated . When I tried to return it , It was impossible , so I just lost $35! Do not buy from this site!!!

No Stars for this absolute garbage! Ordered Jan 17 and received one shirt ( out of 5) today ( March 13). Item is poorly constructed and 100 percent polyester which the description on the site states 62 -70 percent blend. Seams are crudely surged together and the cut is crooked not even going to bother trying it on as I have seen Halloween costumes made with more care. Save your money and just avoid this garbage. If I had only paid for the stamp they used to mail it I would still have overpaid.

I placed an order over a month ago. They still have not shipped my order. They have also stopped responding to my email and instant message. Do not order from this company. I am trying to get my money back through my credit card company. BE WARNED.

Today is March 11th 2019. I ordered from this site on February the 1st. I have contacted them several times about my order and all I get is..
Your clothes are customized please give it a few more days! That's happened three times. I've requested a refund for my 78.00 and they reply with the same response.
My advice is to never order from these sites like this because they are all the same. If you do get lucky and receive shipment the quality of the clothes are nothing like what you ordered. Yes.. I've done it more than once! That's now considered insanity! Do yourself a favor and just don't!

Awful - DO NOT BUY THESE CLOTHES! The material is cheap and nasty, the sizing is terrible and the service is worse. I waited more than 8 weeks for delivery and didn't get everything. Am now arguing with them about a refund. Terrible service - horrid experience

I ordered items, have not received, have sent multiple messages and no response and now I am finding out that their items are crap and do not fit true to size when they tell everyone that their clothes fit true to US size....

Haven’t received my stuff ! I ordered it on Feb 18 it’s now March 4th. No updates. I tried to cancel the order and they sent an email stating it was already in shipping? That was two weeks ago! Worried this is a scam. I do not recommend this company! Plus they don’t provide a phone number.

I ordered on January 6. I had to contact the company 5 weeks later because I did not have my order of 4 tops. Short version is they sent me 2 in the right size and two in the wrong size. It is now almost 2 months and I still do not have the right tops.

Do not buy from this site.
Took 7 weeks to arrive. Not remotely like picture. Awful material . Only 2 out of 3 items arrived. A massive painful expensive learning curve on internet shopping.

The dress I ordered took over a month to get here. Once it got here it looked nothing like the picture I had seen online, but their return policy is 30 days, since it took a month to get here I cant return it... I am also told I would have to pay for my own shipping... But it came from China. Its awful and I will never purchase anything from them again and would advise everyone else to steer clear too.
