Nyctophilia's staff is amazing!

Nyctophilia's staff is amazing!! I was in the USA, but moving to Hamburg, and wanted to place an order early to collect once we arrived locally. I messaged them several times to verify all the steps (I'm still learning German, and don't trust translation apps). They were very helpful, and gracious. I look forward to stopping in to pick up my purchase (a gift for my wife), and becoming a regular of their fine store.

Fast shipping, excellent customer service!

I've ordered from Nyctophilia Shop a couple of times and been entirely pleased with my experience! The shipping has been fast even though I don't live in Germany and they have good communication. When I messaged them about an issue I got a quick reply, they were very helpful. Wholeheartedly recommend the shop, great place for people in the EU to buy some cool stuff! Haven't been able to visit their physical location but it looks amazing and I'd love to pop in if I'm ever in or near Hamburg.
