I too decided because I was a loyal customer for years I too orders many items YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE ALL HAPPENED WITH MY PKG I NOTIFIED NY&COMP AND CALLED CS CS TOLD ME HAD TO EMAIL THEM AS NOTHING THEY CAN DO I NOTIFIED POSTAL SERVICE AND TWO MONTHS LATER POSTAL CONTACTED ME APOLOGIZD ANX EMAIL FROM NY&COMP FINALLY REPLIED SAYING THEY WERE LOOKING INTO IT RECEIVED all pieces BUT SEVERAL WERE NOT FINISHED AND THREE LOOKED AND FELT SOOO CHEAP COMPARED TO PHOTO AEE YOU KIDDING ME DO NOT NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM EVEN THOUGH CC WONT BE GOOD AFTER APRIL 31 THEY WILL COME AFTER YOU AND ADD ON MORE PERCENTAGE ON YOUR BILL BUT IF YOU NEED TO RETURN OR CONTACT THEM; YOU WILL GET NOTHING PLEASE I USED TO LOVE THIS COMPANY ITS AS BAD AS THAT VICI STORE MAKE CLOTHES LOOK SO NICELY MADE BUT THEN ITS THIN CHEAP NOT DONE AND NOW THEY DONT CARE

Returned an item, never received a credit or a refund

Loyal credit card holder since 91, decided to order due was sent a notification that they were closing in April. So I ordered 10 items total and only received 1 correct jumpsuit. The other 9 was the wrong size all smalls. I ordered large and also all the wrong items. I attempted to call customer service 18008890494, spoke to a pleasant lady whom gave me the number 18557467692. When trying to call this number several times, every time pick up on 1st ring and then silent, I get nothing. I attempted to email as prompted but no response. I called again to the 1st number in between the frustration and another pleasant lady put me through the claims dept however she couldn't give me an address where to send the un wanted items that was sent to me. However, she tells me it might take 60 plus days if im not credited to my account. How unfair is that and still have not spoken to anyone that could help me with this situation they have caused. All I want is to be made whole again. I would suggest and recommend noone to order from this company at this time, especially since they are about to officially close in April and this is what they r doing to a loyal customer since 1991!!

I wish they had a larger selection of Wide Leg pants.

They are wondering why I haven't purchased from them in years. Well, the style of clothing on the website are not my style. Clothes are awful looking. Until they bring back the old NY&CO I will not be purchasing anything again.

EVERYTHING IS WRONG ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!! Everytime I go to their website, I can't find my size, or it isn't sold in my size or it is out of stock. This store used to be popular in the Mall. You get stuck with items that can't be exchanged or returned which is a Rip off! The sizes vary although the sizes are labeled on the clothing. Large fits like a small and Small fits like a large. Everything from the order to the delivery is horrible!

They are AWFUl - no customer service whatsoever, promises made and not kept...etc. etc.

I returned a dress following the return instructions and they claim to have not received it, despite me providing proof of the return. They will not process my refund and it is impossible to escalate my request or talk to an actual person. They’ve lost my business for good.

I use to be a faithful customer on New Your & Co for about 3-5 years. Back then I purchased my skinny jeans and carried the best type of leggings the fitted so well and thick stretchy material with zipper.
I then began noticing they were no longer selling them and did away with their nice stretch skinny jeans. They were on the high priced side but didn’t mind because the quality was good.
The more and more I go to there site I began seeing clothing you buy from a Thrift store and became not age friendly, most items I noticed were for teenagers and not older adults. I did message the company with my opinion on whomever is responsible for providing their clothing surely does not know what the heck there doing
If you’re noticing certain products are flying off the shelves, why discontinue them? Stupid. Good luck shopping with them now, I have not in two years or longer. Happened to just see if any changes just today, omg it’s so much worse I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, trash. Just as I started earlier, Thrift store items looks better and Shein or Temu fashion point has NYC beat by far. I’m sure they’ve loss millions of customers on the years. Prices needs to set like the stores 5 below. This shameful go from a top classy store to a Thrift store at higher prices. So keep stocking with granny goo goo merchandise.

This company is a joke. The quality is now terrible. Their customer service is only via email and they give you the runaround. They sent me the wrong size item. For over two months I emailed and their response was that their printer for return labels was broken. I asked that they refund me and they refused until their printer was fixed and I could return the item. I complained to my credit card and was refunded. Silly me I tried again and have received two defective items, sweaters with missed stitches and holes! I sent photos and their response was for me to send photos of the packaging so they could investigate damage. The packaging is in the garbage and was not tampered with or damaged. The damage was done by them in their cheap and defective manufacturing. I’ve lodged another complaint with my cc and this time will stick to my vow to never shop again.

I used to love NY&CO. Now the clothes are more of a cheaper quality than Shein.

I ordered pants from them in September 2024. One pair arrived, the wrong size. The other pair never did arrive, and they refunded me that cost. I had to argue about returning the other pair, since it clearly was their fault, and they finally agreed to accept the return and issue a refund. This occurred in October 2024 and I have yet to receive a refund. They ignored an inquiry from the Better Business Bureau about this case and continue to ignore my emails.

Update on 2/25/2025: They had the audacity to invite me to write a review about the product they sold me, agreed to accept back, then kept and didn't refund me. Of course I wrote one, but haven't seen it posted yet. Ah-- they've also not responded to any consumer advocacy companies who've contacted them on my behalf.

I have been a customer for over 20 years of New York and Company; this was my go to for pretty much everything. Sad to say they will lose my business as I’ve been trying to log into my account for three months with no success. I only received half of my last order and I’ve been trying to reach out to them since October 2024 and it is now February 2025. Contacting customer service is a joke; they send you into a circle of useless emails with absolutely no help provided. I will no longer recommend the clothing or the company.

NEVER EVER SHOP FROM THEM. THEY ARE FRAUDS. I PURCHASED 3 SIZE 8 SHOES. MIND YOU I AM IN MY 40'S SO HAVE BEEN A SIZE 8 SINCE I WAS 16 YEARS OLD. THESE FOOLS SENT SHOES THAT COULD EASILY BE A SIZE 9. THEY REFUSED TO EXCHANGE IT AND YOU CAN'T EVEN REVIEW IT ON THEIR WEBSITE. WE WENT BACK AND FORTH. EVEN HAD MY BANK INVOLVED. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

I have been emailing and texting the company to get a get a return label to no avail. I noticed that every order from them comes with the return label missing. I am going to send the item back and dispute the charge.

Been with NY& C for years but since last year I cannot get myself to buy anything.In the past I only bought dress/work pants from them because of the quality,the fit, & affordability. Even celebrities used to work with them.I don't understand what's happening but they no longer sell these type of pants. I mean no disrespect either when I say this,but even the pants looks so unflattering on the models,as a result I don't even care to consider to buy them.Absolutely dissappointed in this company.It's a shame it has come to this.

All of my corporate wear would come from NY&C, they have turned this chain into an ecommerce circus. The fabrics are cheap, the prices are ridiculous. The professional wear have long gone and basic tshirts have disappeared. what a true shame.

I ordered a pair of pants from NYC. They sent the wrong size. I contacted them in order to exchange the item. It is a total headache. It took them days to respond to all of my emails. They asked me to send the packaging info twice. Then they asked did I want a refund or exchange, when in every email I asked for an exchange. Currently I’m waiting on a response on how to handle the exchange. It’s been a week and no one has responded back. I’m stuck with too big pants that were a final sale so I can’t even send back on my own. I’ll never order from them again. NYC has really gone down in customer service and quality.
