Very poor quality report

The quality of my home valuation report was really bad. Besides my home being valued at nearly the WOZ-waarde, there were just a number of serious mistakes with how the conclusions in the report were made and some seriously wrong information (like the year of my house being listed as 1900 instead of 1680). The person who made the report just didn't have enough experience with what she was doing.

I spelled these mistakes out in some detail in an email and received no serious reaction from the NWWI. I would not take any report from the NWWI seriously.

In addition to securing refinancing, I hoped to get some useful information on what my house might be worth if I sold it. The report was completely useless.
