I purchased a server from this and it turned out that it is scam.

I purchased a server from this provider. Initially, I waited for a long time and created many tickets in order to get their/his attention.
The server network connectivity has always been bad since the beginning. The YABS network score is always bad. The server is usually down or inaccessible.
I tried to ask for help but they said they were working on it.
Now, I couldn't access the server in any way ( not SSH, not dashboard, not console ) and I asked for prorated refund three months ago and still get no refund.

Worst scamm server provider ever!!!!!!

Avoid Nuyek

Customer service is absolutely horrific. The owner is rude, short, unreasonable, and never actually resolves issues. Between constant problems, inconsistent abuse handling, and dismissive support, this was a complete waste of time and money. You’d honestly get better reliability hosting on a NUC in your basement than dealing with this provider.
