Cancel Subscription difficulties
I thought I was going to be able to easily cancel the expensive monthly Subscription, but after many, many failed attempts I felt I had no option but to cancel my payment card...but it turned out later that I received an email from Nuviam that they actually cancelled my Subscription as I had wished.
Along with my immediate difficulties in trying to cancel my Subscription I was unable to have the Company refund my original Trial Subscription despite my many requests and because of that I had to contact my Bank again in order to set up a Visa Dispute for the amount in question..happily my Bank was able to resolve the issue in my favour.
As a footnote I should say that Company actually give me a full refund a day or two after I set up the Visa Dispute.
