Not a fan of this platform or the integrity of the teams operating it. To cut a long story short, we were pigeonholed to only being able to use Nuvei with the site that was made for us by a distributor through a partnership. We had no assistance with setup for fraud analysis/triggers and at no point did they reach out to us to inform us of any issues with the velocity of the chargebacks we were receiving. They shut our account off and without giving us any timeline for a response and plan of action, they deactivated our account altogether before we had a chance to properly respond. They weren't even able to entertain helping us with refunding customers who had placed earnest orders and needed refunds as our gateway was terminated. The silliest part of that is, each of those customers, who they refused to help us with, were then referred to do what? Submit more chargebacks.
We're a small e-commerce team and nobody on our team has experience doing the nitty gritty of fraud analysis and how to deter it. That is genuinely a full time role at many companies, for a team if the velocity of orders is high enough. As our distributor chose a hosting service that does not function as it's own payment processor (important to use if possible, always, as an aside), we do not have the benefit of a full time team of people who have both experience and software tools to help identify problematic buyers/orders and weed them out from fulfillment.
Understand if you work with Nuvei, if you have any issues, not only are you on your own, but they will not even attempt to reach out to educate you of the issue or assist you with deterring further issues. They will treat you poorly and, by extension, your customers will be more hassled as a consequence, potentially making you look as bad as Nuvei rightfully should.

Working with Nave after attempting to work with a competitor before hand, was the EASIEST process. In the time it took for me to have all my questions answered and sign up/ be approved and set up was quicker then waiting for one email response to a question on how to fill out the other companies paperwork as they sent American paperwork and had no idea how to translate it to Canadian, despite them being in Canada. Would 10/10 recommend for being transparent, simple and fast. The CSR I worked with was absolutely amazing and quick with all communication.

As a small business owner (CPA Firm). I would never reccomend this company to my clients or anyone else. After 10's of hours of wasted time, customer service reps constantly passing the ball back and forth, erroneous contracts that I had to send back to be corrected, and fees charged for no service rendered (the implementation rep couldn't get the software working, yet they charged us merchant fees?? We did't have a monthly service fee), I finally threw in the towel and will be going with another solution. The only reason I considered this company is because it was the reccomended solution to integrate with Sage.
Please save yourself the trouble and look anywhere else!

After taking over a month to update records to reflect our new bank info they finally released funds minus the monthly fee. 30 days later they took the fee AGAIN. THEN they sent us to collections for that SAME FEE. Basically stole money from our account, tried to collect it a third time and STILL have not returned the money. This has been going on for months. Alan Henderson, who assured me this would be fixed has NEVER returned any of my many phone calls, nor any of my emails, and did not answer the Paya rep who tried to assist me by reaching out to him.
