Great company, delivered supplements really quickly, Haven't been on them long enough to see if they help, with menopausal symptoms, But I'm on a healthy eating life plan too at the moment. No sugar, processed carbs etc, So only time will tell.

Using collagen Glow Up I have definitely seen an all round improvement in skin, hair and nail strength. As a company Nutrition geeks offer good products at a good price, especially if you order multiple packs. Delivery is very prompt, normally a couple of days but sometimes the following day. In my view the best supplement company there is. I buy Magnesium, B12 and D&K. They are all wholesome and made in a form your body can use, unlike many others. They are also, and this is important to me, very reasonably priced, considering the quality.
