I personally loved the meals, it made my life easier not having to pre plan my meals and go to the store. I could expect a box every week and be set for my meals. the food tasted great and I loved every bite. I love this meal company and will continue purchasing from them.

The FOOD IS SUPERB! The quality, freshness, seasoning and perfect portions -there is nothing like this in the market. I know it because I’ve tried others when I felt I couldn’t rely on this company N4L getting my deliveries the way I needed.

I am a costumer since mid 2020 I love so much the food and how much it helped me
I “invest” in my health like so many people now - A product like N4L is the Answer!
I wish I don’t have to be forced to leave

I really hope this company can get a better system (software/service ) where we as costumers can receive our meals considering the 5 days Fast Mimicking Diet (I do it every month / that’s how I got to know about N4L )

The only reason why I was able to receive my food accordingly was because ONE PERSON at the Costumer Service

I am very grateful to NANDI she really made a difference helping me every time I needed
- I was able to continue with N4L (it’s almost impossible as a costumer to use the online subscription to place orders, maybe for occasional buyers works but not in my case)

NANDI went out of her way to help me , I’ve never encountered anybody like her doing what she does with such compassion and understanding

Hopefully in the future I don’t have to go through all these difficulties (getting my deliveries) anymore and I can continue enjoying my perfect heathy food

The meals are fantastic! My favorite lunch The blue rice Buddha Bowl with the best coconut amino dressing I have ever tasted! Everything is so fresh and flavorful. Best Black Bean burgers! To come home and just heat my dinner is so convenient! Nandi in customer service is so knowledgeable of the product & so friendly! Highly recommend!

I like the previous way. Salad for lunch and I cook the dinner. Tasted fresh not fishy. Was disappointed. I loved the way I felt on your food but as before. Not premade. The breakfast was good , salad was smaller then previous at lunch. But was good. And supper was fishy. I so wanted to like this. I loved it before. So increase price and this. I canceled. If you will bring back what was previous. I will be back ❤️

I like the meals overall. Of course, i do have guilt about the packaging. I wish there was a more “friendly” option. I would pay an extra fee for a choice of compostable tray. The quality of the vegetarian meals is quite high. I’m very impressed. I dislike garlic and have a sensitivity to it. The meals are garlic-heavy and my body is finding them hard to tolerate unfortunately. Too bad there isn’t a garlic-free option. I know others with the same intolerance. Or maybe offer a “4 Lovers” “stink free” option hahha —not a terrible idea!!

The food is fresh and delicious. I’ve only been eating this way for a week but have already noticed a difference in how I look and feel! It is expensive, but then so is a heart attack or stroke. This is truly restorative food.

N4L is the best meal service that I have tried, and trust me, I have tried a lot of them. I am a food engineer by trade and I absolutely love the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The flavors are wonderful and they make the best salad dressings I have ever had. I am appreciative of the variety of different meals offered each week and I can't wait to continue with the service.

I was so sad when I received my olive oil. Even though your shipping department clearly took all precautions to ensure safe delivery--padded envelope and adequate additional peanuts inside,the bottle shattered during shipment and leaked inside the shipping envelope. Please let me know how to handle this, I look forward to hearing from you and to receive my new bottle. Thanks. vhf

really healthy, satisfying meals

I have been ordering from Nutrition for Longevity off and on through the Pandemic. I've tried other services and keep coming back to this one. The food is delicious and nutritious! What else could you ask for. Love it!

I realized after placing my order that I had missed out on entering a coupon code. I reached out to customer service and they responded quickly. They were more than happy to apply the promotional discount. My meals came as scheduled and were delicious! Fresh, organic, and healthy!

I loved the scope of the prepared foods that was shipped to me. However, the lunches were not sufficient.

I have been a customer since March 2020, and their service has really helped get me through the pandemic. The lunches are very convenient, and the dinners are fairly creative. I find that I am eating things that get me out of my normal cooking routine. I really like the seasonal vegetables and the fish/shellfish is generally excellent. I also appreciate that the portion sizes are satisfying (I started with the higher calorie meals first, but found they were too much, so I switched to the lower calorie option). Some negatives…there are typos in many of the recipes, which sometimes can be very confusing. When they don’t have an ingredient, they don’t alert you, and sometimes, they have been out of the fish and didn’t automatically provide a credit—only when I emailed customer service did they admit that they were out of it for all of the meals and gave me a refund. The burden shouldn’t be on the customer when this is a system-wide issue. I thought that the Thanksgiving heat and serve meals were not good at all, but you can skip any week with a few days’ notice. Overall, it’s a good food service, and if they fixed some customer service issues, it could be even better.

I ordered the $25.00 bottle of olive oil and was charged that amount, trusting in Dr. Gundry's video about Morocco as the source of a superior oil with the most polyphenols, but was sent oil from Italy. When I called and asked if I could return it I was told I could not because of Covid 19. Then I asked if you would refund me the difference in price between the Italian oil and the Moroccan oil and have not yet received any response.

I haven't tried the oil so I can't rate the product.

Trouble with the storm, but Nutritionforlongevity was very responsive and helpful.
