Had my first ever colonic with Alison and honestly the experience was amazing. I opted to add the coffee cleanse for a full detox and I’m so glad I did. Alison made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. We chatted and laughed about general life and the appointment flew by!

Faultless explanation of the colonic hydrotherapy on arrival at the appointment and great care throughout the process. After care instructions detailed expertly and in paper form. The whole thing was orchestrated by Alison with clarity and to a point where I feel confident the treatment was done correctly. I feel better in my overall health today, the day after I had the appointment.

Alison was lovely and made me feel at ease at all times. The procedure itself was great and not as scary as you think it may be. I feel so much better after. Would highly recommend.

Was nervous at 1st , Alison put me at ease straight away and I felt extremely comfortable. Explained everything in great detail. Was very bloated and this has made such a difference, I will definitely be returning , thanks so much Alison .

Alison was fantastic from start to finish. She created a really calm, comfortable environment and took the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease.

Her approach felt very professional but also genuinely caring. She checked in throughout, made sure I was comfortable, and handled everything with real sensitivity and discretion. It’s not something you necessarily go into feeling relaxed about, but she made the whole experience far easier than expected.

Afterwards, she gave some practical advice and guidance without overcomplicating things, which I really appreciated. You can tell she knows her field well and takes pride in what she does.

Had an operation last year and have had problems with going to the toilet since, Alison was very thorough and put me at ease making it a pleasant experience. Managed to go to toilet great afterwards.
