I've been on TPN for 5 years. I was with another company for 3 years and I switched two yers ago and havent looked back. Customer service is second to none. Had another company charging me for literally every single alcohol wipe. When I switched to Nutrishare, it was like Christmas receiving that box of supplies. I only have to talk to ONE person when I need something. No being on hold, leaving my number in a voice system no one checks. It is also way more cost effective than any other company with United Healthcare. I also had a HOME START, did not have to go into the hospital, Nutrishare switched me within a week.

Excellent pharmacy and Great people .

I’ve been a TPN consumer for 34 years. I was always w/ the same pharmacy. Not realizing I had a choice. I was invited to a Nutrishare conference & walked away in awe! The education I received over those few days was more than I had learned in 31 yrs with my previous pharmacy. A few month later I was an official Nutrishare consumer!

I feel like Nutrishare is a family. They have introduced me to other long term consumers & so much more. I have the best personal clinician Richard who always knows how to make me laugh. I love the personal attention given & the fact my TPN is personalized for me.

One last thing I want to mention. I was never able to travel w/ my old pharmacy because it was hard bringing tpn/supplies on a plane. Nutrishare is able to ship my tpn & supplies to any location in the US making traveling outside of my home state of California so much better. Nutrishare offers personalized service & that is what makes them the best!

The Nutrishare customer support was outstanding in responding to a request to provide an IV antibiotic upon my release from the hospital. They called me within an hour or two of receiving notification of the request. They were waiting for the doctor to sign the order so they could fulfill the request.

Nutrishare is an excellent company . They specialize in Total Parenteral Nutrition with consumers throughout the United States.

Nutrishare has been my #1 TPN pharmacy for several years. They are always available even after hours. If I need some supplies urgently I can usually get them with in 24 to 48hr. I have had the privilege of connecting with other consumers which has been extremely helpful. I absolutely love the fact that Nutrishare is about the person not the persons condition. They are always looking for ways to improve customer service, consumer education etc. I Like how adequate they are at communicating with my Dr. Making sure I’m getting the best care possible.

When I call Nutrishare, a friendly, caring response is what I get. This is the beginning of positive interactions with the team at Nutrishare. My experience has been dealing with reliable, caring and intelligent individuals that I trust and truly feel have my best interests in mind. This philosophy extends all the way to the delivery of my TPN. That, in and of itself would make this an excellent company to work with, but they go further to enhance quality of life by educating and connecting their consumers through newsletters, meetings, and Zoom events. I know there is a complex balance in running any company and often, what the emphasis is on is the "bottom line" however, I feel Nutrishare's emphasis is on the consumer. This is what makes Nutrishare outstanding.

Some of my favorite aspects of Nutrishare's service are:
* I can have whichever HPN supplies or pumps I choose.
* They closely monitor my labs and if something is amiss, I appreciate their making suggestions to my HPN clinic.
* They take care of all billing behind the scenes so I don't need to think about it ever.
* Their exclusive focus in HPN has helped to keep me infection free for most years I have used their service.
* Commitment to consumer education through educational conferences, Zoom calls, and newsletters are superb.
* My supplies and HPN bags arrive cold and on time like clockwork every Thursday.
* They make supplies available during shortages to the extent possible.
* On the rare occasions their clinicians don't know something, they will find the answer.
* Their commitment to research and advocacy is top notch.
I know nearly everybody in the company personally, and all are not only the best at what they do, but friendly and personable as well.
