Love this app. It helps to keep me accountable. I lose weight fast but I gain it easily too. I've been using the app for going on a month and I've lost 20 lbs.

First they advertise services they don’t really offer. I’ve bought 3 months subscription on offer to try , then I saw is useless. There is nothing like a personalised plan is a stopwatch we all have in our phones anyway. I was charged additional £55.28, without any email/message to tell me this is coming. When I’ve noticed the charge I send them an email, I recieved a generic automated response, waited for more than a week for an actual response and then went back to the automated reply, just to see that if I really want to contact them I have to reply to that . I did and I received another script message from “customer support “ telling me basically no refunds for payments made to us .

They just took $88 aud out of my bank. I then went back into my account and noticed they did this in March as well . I've been scammed big time . I never even downloaded this app. How they have got my details and through PayPal aswell.
I'm already struggling financially and had bugger all in my account. So pissed off .

A Scam
I was using the Plane Finder App on my Iphone and the app asked did I want to upgrade to the pro version. The interface change to credit card details. When i Finished I reliazed it was not to Plane Finder but to Nutrimate. I tried to stop the transaction but they had the money from N26 immediately so I couldn't stop it.I'm now trying to recover it from N26 with not a lot of help from N26.By the way I just received from Nutrimate here is part of that email "For any reason, you decide not to continue with nutrizenplate.com, make sure to cancel your subscription before the billing date to avoid additional charges. You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and navigating to the account section. You can also do it here." Which I'm not going to use their contact as I feel it just another part of the scam. BEWARE

Buyer beware… don’t buy into it
Buyer beware… they are scamming you out of your money, offering bogus discounts only to learn that there is no personalised plan but in the app everything you have for free anyway. Timer, steps, water consumption, recipes. In addition I was under the assumption I was purchasing in AUD so my payment was processed however in USD which ended up being double what I expected. I tried to cancel within 8 hours but their rather generic response is that they do not offer refunds. Truly stay away from this company, there is no value in what they offer and will try and scam money out of unsuspecting individuals,
