Like the others here…I was scammed

Like the others here, I was scammed. I too ordered from an ad on Facebook and believe they should indeed do more vetting before showing us scam advertisements that are taking our money! Do not put something out there that is a scam to your users. With that said, I’ve emailed a few times and this is their email reply:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting Nutrify Blenders, we have received your email and one of our customer support agents is going to reply to it within the next 24 hours. We appreciate your patience!

We are aware of some customers not receiving their orders in time due to our internal tracking system mistake, caused by increased demand for our blenders. If you are affected by this, please rest assured, as we are actively working on your order. Thank you for your understanding.

After emailing asking to cancel order I received an email that my order had shipped:

Nutrify
ORDER #56323
Your order is on the way
We have now handed your order to the delivery company and it is on its way to you. Please use your order number to see its current status.

View your order
or Visit our store

When I click to see order it takes me to nutrifyblenders.com I get this:

Something went wrong.
What happened?
The link you followed is no longer available.

Total scam and it really sucks losing money like this. I opened a case with the bank but doubt they will get anywhere with a scam company either.

Scam website, steer clear

I ordered two portable blenders in mid-February. Received the confirmation emails, which said I would receive a shipping notification within 48 hours. It's been 4 weeks and no item, no shipping notification, zero communication. I replied to the "contact us" email and got a bounceback the next day, and now the website has disappeared.

Nutrify Blenders scam.

Looks like a scam company. Advertising handheld blenders to make drinks. I placed an order and when I tried to get an update, the website I ordered from no longer exists. I checked with my bank and the payment went to a company called SP Exotic Ventures in the Czech Republic.
