No Solution After Part of the Order was wrong
I bought a vegan Package and die to an error they send me one Part of the Box not as an vegan product. I already opened the vegan Powder and now the Support has no Solution for me to send me the correct Part of the product.
Long response times and Bad Support.
Shipping was fast and the Rest of the Box was fine. But if I make an error as a Company you should solve it. In this case it would be easy. Just send the correct product to the Customer and all is solved…
