Tea is good, but sachets are plastic.
I think the tea is great, however I was very disappointed to see it came in plastic little sachets. Those are the worst when it comes to micro-plastics. I would hope in future you would offer it as loose leaf tea or in paper packets.

I received the fasting salts and the tea. They arrived quickly. I haven’t tried the salts yet but the tea is great. Love it!

Amazing product
Amazing product. Have done many extended fasts in the past but none as seamless as the last. No more guessing electrolyte ratios or drinking salty water. Will definitely continue to use this product going forward. Quick and free delivery to New Zealand as well 🤗

I am very sorry to hear you haven't received your order.
I checked the tracking and it looks like your parcel has been with Canadian Customs since 28 June. It seems to be taking a very long time as most parcels are usually released within a few days.
This is obviously not something that's under our direct control but we are going to issue a full refund for you anyway. You will receive an email from our Customer Support team shortly.
UPDATE 21 JULY:
We checked the tracking and it looks like the parcel was finally released by the Customs a few days ago. Delivery was attempted on 19 July but no one was at home. The parcel is available for pick-up from your local post office. If you prefer, you can request redelivery via Canada Post website.
Our Customer Support team emailed you the tracking information and the post office location. We hope you will be able to collect the parcel. Your refund has already been processed and should be with you already.

Had an issue with the advanced salts and reported it to them. The customer service was exemplary and the issue resolved immediately. I would highly recommend Nutri Align to anyone. I will always be using them in the future.

the delivery was awkward which was not your fault. the packaging is poorly designed. Why do I need two packages when the content would have easily fit in one? gives more options so there is less packaging waste.
