I take 1400mg marine collagen tablets…
I take 1400mg marine collagen tablets for 5 years started taking them pre menopause and now I through it I still take them for my hair, skin and nails I feel they really help I also take magnesium supplements they do calm me down and I do seem to sleep better than when I didn't take them

Orders always arrive quickly and well packaged. The company has a wide range of health related products which seem value for money. I’ve been buying organic turmeric, ginger and black pepper from them for a few years now. Would recommend the company.
