Reply from NUTRABYTES
Dear Nicola,
Thank you for your review and feedback. We are really sorry for the delay in the delivery of your order. As per our email earlier in the week, your order has been delayed by our courier service since it was shipped by us on the next working day.
As you are aware, UK has experienced some extreme weather this week - heavy snowfall, heavy rain, high winds and storms. This has impacted all delivery timelines for all courier services. Unfortunately, extreme natural conditions are beyond our control.
It's not just your order, but all order deliveries have been delayed this week as a result of the extreme weather conditions in the UK.
Once again, we apologise for the delay in delivery of your order and hopefully, you understand the reasons for the same.
As per the latest update from the courier company, you order is at the delivery depot and will be delivered imminently.
Best regards,
NUTRABYTES customer support team
