Do not use this company they are totally unreliable, I ordered and paid for slabs on the 8/5 delivery promised in 3 to 8 days 2 weeks later contacted them and was told transport would contact me,
on 27/5 was told delivery was on 1 st or 2nd of June on 3/6 after a month waiting I cancelled they told me they could deliver on 5/6 I refused a week later still waiting for my refund

There was a slight delay with order but it was swiftly sorted and recieved 2 days after we called. Selma was fantastic and was very helpful. The items itself is top tier. No issues and good quality.

I ordered my slabs on the 5th of May
I ordered my slabs on the 5th of May, they showed the items were in stock.. the 26th of May I cancelled with them because I still hadn't received my items and was just kept in limbo, it is now the 9th of June and I still haven't received my refund! I would be careful before you order from these.

Avoid if You Need Reliable Delivery and Customer Service
I would not recommend Nustone based on my experience.
I ordered paving slabs and was promised delivery would take 3–8 working days. When I contacted them on the eighth day, I was informed that delivery would actually be delayed by a further 2–4 weeks. As I already had builders on site, I had no choice but to cancel the order and purchase elsewhere.
The refund process has been extremely frustrating. Nearly two months later, I am still waiting for my refund despite numerous phone calls, emails, and repeated promises that the money would be in my account within 24–48 hours. Communication has been poor throughout, and I have had to raise a dispute through PayPal to try to resolve the issue.
I cannot comment on the quality of the products as I never received them, but based on my experience with delivery, communication, and customer service, I would not use Nustone again.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I sent numerous emails about my refund that was due over 5 weeks ago. All of my emails were completely ignored.

AVOID!!! If I could give them 0 I would
If I could give them 0 I would.
The lead times and availability on the website are lies and the customer services team with fob you off with AI responses.
Cant deliver any stock, make up 'access issues' when there's none, and won't give you a refund when you ask and will continue to say its being 'processed' but wont show you any proof.
I will now refer to trading standards for unfair trading practices and failure to process legitimate refunds and i suggest everyone else in the same boat does the same thing.
Dont waste your time and money on these cowboys!

Access assessments are carried out in accordance with our delivery partners' operational requirements and based on the information available at the time. Whilst site conditions can occasionally differ from the initial assessment, these checks are in place to help ensure deliveries can be completed safely and successfully.
We also aim to keep our stock information as accurate as possible however, delays affecting incoming stock availability impacted part of the order. Throughout the process, our team remained available to provide support and updates, and we take pride in assisting customers 7 days a week.
With regard to the cancellation, we can confirm that the remaining order was cancelled as requested and the refund has since been processed. As discussed during our follow-up conversations with the customer, the original payment method had expired and alternative payment details were subsequently provided to enable the refund to be completed successfully.
Whilst we appreciate that delays and changes to plans can be frustrating, we respectfully reject any suggestion that customer concerns are ignored or that legitimate refunds are withheld.
We appreciate all feedback as it helps us continue to review and improve our communication and service levels.

We ordered patio paving slabs on 17th…
EDIT. We are now on 11th June and despite been promised and told this has been refunded it has not!!
We ordered patio paving slabs on 17th april, said 4-8 working days.....10 days later no communication from them so emailed to ask where my order were! Was told stock issues and offered 2 different colours which i declined as i wanted the colour i ordered and requested my order to be cancelled as our landscaper was booked in so had to order elsewhere for next day delivery. Over a month later still no refund and fobbed off with all the same excuses as previous reviews. Wish i saw these reviews before. I have now given them until Wednesday to have this sorted or legal action will be commenced. AVOID, SCAM, LYING COMPANY

Still no refund
Having spoken to the sales manager before placing an order for some paving and being told the product I required was in stock and could be delivered within 4-8 days, I placed the order.
This time then elapsed with no update on delivery, I contacted them and was ensured it would be with me by the end of that week, again no update was given after this time had passed. I then contacted Them again and was told the shipment had been delayed and wouldn’t be with me until the following week.
I then asked to cancel the order, they repeatedly asked to swap it for a different product.which I had no interest in. They then said the refund had been processed and would be with be with me within 5-10 days. This was now over 5 weeks ago and I have still not received the refund. Looking on google reviews this is a common problem that occurring more and more frequently of late.

Save yourself time and hassle AVOID
Ordered some paving slabs, recieved acknowledgement of order took the money and 2 days later still no update on delivery. Decided to cancel and purchase elsewhere instead as we needed the paving slabs. When I rang up to cancel I was asked the reason in which I explained we could not wait until they had stock to be sent out. The woman on the phone said no problem and hung up. She then rang me back again telling me the slabs were in stock and would be delivered tomorrow 😂 all because I said I would like to cancel yet before she said she didn’t know when they’d be getting stock. Previous to this we ordered a sample and recieved that almost instantly.
I again explained I would like to cancel to which I was met with a change in tone over the phone asking “but what is the reason”. I again requested the lady to just cancel my order and she again very bluntly said ok no problem and hung up.
Would you believe not even 10 minutes went by and I got another phonecall asking if im sure I want to cancel the slabs will arrive tomorrow I explained for the third time I would like my order cancelling and also asked for an email to be sent confirming my request. Around 6 hours passed no email of confirmation so I rang them up to ask if someone was emailing my confirmation, this time someone more pleasant dealt with it and emailed me straight away, she explained a full refund would be issued in 7-10 working days.
Chased the refund up on thursday which would of been the 9th day and was told the refund wasn’t even submitted yet….
We are now going via our bank to get our money back as the cutoff point for a refund has exceeded 10 working days.
After reading other recent reviews I have noticed a pattern of people having to chase refunds for extended periods of time. Do yourself a favour and purchase elsewhere, and use your credit card as you’re covered for issues like this!

Sad to say
Sad to say, I placed my order in good faith. There was no indication of any stock problems when ordering.
The delivery time scale came and went, there’s was zero communication from Nustone. I emailed them to find out what was going on and I got a response of this is our delivery policy as found on your order.
Not helpful!!
I waited another week, radio silence. I emailed again and this time I get an email saying that there was a stock issue!
I rang to find out what was going on and got told they have no stock and there’s no equivalent! In fact the only thing they offer was for me to pay extra for slabs I don’t want!
I then said No please organise a full refund.
I was then told it would be 10-15days for a refund!! Are you joking! No care, no consideration, no empathy, they were uninterested.
I asked to make a formal complaint and they just said they would prioritise my refund.
GUESS WHAT!!! They lied and NO REFUND!!! They are THIEFS they have taken my money and not giving it back. Be warned!!!
