I am actually quite satisfied with the blanket. The colours are really vibrant and the shipping was fast, I don‘t appreciate shipping via GLS though.

80% synthetic but sold as alpaca
The product page makes it seem like the blanket is 100% alpaca wool. On closer inspection, the FAQ states that’s the blankets are 80% alpaca and 20% synthetic. But the blanket I received is 80% synthetic and 20% alpaca. That is false advertising and ridiculously expensive for a 80% synthetic blanket.

I ordered this thinking that a “mix” of alpaca would be more than 20% for €90. The item arrived quickly, but with no packing slip and no return details. That isn’t the issue though. I’ve emailed twice requesting to return with zero reply. I’d like to return the item. Please rely.
