They stole my money. Pretended I received item when I didn’t. Then told me it arrived in London so I must have it. I live in Northumberland. Then tried to make it it’s my job to complain to delivery company even though (a) of course it’s not (b) they won’t give me any tracking info so that would be impossible - probably because there is none - I also can’t enforce a contract u didn’t make which any real business would know; and (c) they apparently used Evri for delivery the week before at Christmas! Evri !! So we all know I’m not the one lying here. I am a solicitor and advised them of all the distance selling regulations they are breaching (not to mention theft and morality and customer service). Any real company would care. DO NOT USE this ‘company’.

I ordered the filters and was looking forward to using them! When the arrived I could not fit them onto my mask? It fits in one end of the hose, but not on the mask end? How do I go about returning them?

Ordered bacteria filter and it doesn’t fit my machine.
Have mailed requested returns form and refund

This product has change my life! I really recommend it.

Do not waste your money. Delivery took over a month. Clearly being shipped from China etc. Filter reduces air flow and "cleaner" leaves awful smell. NHS do not recommend this product and may invalidate warranty etc. If you want to try yourself then much cheaper on Amazon.

Ordered the Nurvate Ozone sterilizer on 12-1-25. Their website says its onthe way but the tracking shows that 17 TRACK has only recieved the parel information. Tried to contact them on website with no response. Horrible customer service so far. 16 days and product has not gone to shipper yet.

Great product. Saved a lot of time cleaning. Breathing and sleeping much better at night which decreased my anxiety and tiredness during the day.

After using the the CPAP cleaner twice both times the smell after using it was terrible as was the area I used the machine in. I didn't notice any difference in my equipment. I emailed to ask for a refund and have had no response. Now all the links, when googled, have been 'disconnected'. buyer beware...

Purchased cpap filters. Unfortunately they reduce the airflow. Mine is set by the hospital. I contacted their customer service after 1 night and asked for a refund. As not fit for my use. Website claims 60 day money back guarantee. They offered partial refund. I asked about the full refund in 2 emails and now no reply to either. Very slick advertising and feedback from far east. More Facebook adverts. Just a warning maybe fine for some.
