I really recommend using Nurseseekers for your childcare staff recruitment. From the intial call with Ollie who explained fully the process and how they would manage our recruitment campagin to the very helpful assitance from Olivia and Charlotte when arranging interviews and liaising with candidates.

Tayler was really friendly to talk to and kept in touch about job vacancies I was applying for. Also ensuring it was the right position for me.

The purpose of this review is to give an accurate and fair summary of the service I received from Nurseseekers.co.uk. I found both Tayler and Ollie good to deal with. To begin with they were attentive and could be reached to discuss the brief, even at weekends. However, sadly, there are both very ineffective. I told Tayler of my concerns around using agencies and that the ‘up front’ payment method often meant paying for a product that is ultimately not delivered. This is exactly what happened in this situation. We are assured that there were ‘hundreds’ of candidates on file. However this did not correspond to what we were actually sent. We were looking for a manager and a level 3 candidate. We were sent 2 manager candidates. Both were time wasters and had not been screened properly. The level 3 advert was a disaster. We were sent almost no candidates and those we were sent were of poor quality and one was not suitable to work with children. The screening process does not work. Be wary of the delaying tactics and constant assurances of Tayler and Ollie; beware of the line ‘we making calls to candidates and will have a list for you next week’. We were assured of this repeatedly and it never materialised. The ‘guarantee’ that is offered is not that. Rather, when it became clear that Tayler and Ollie could not recruit what we needed they just gave up and did not even return calls. It is true that our market is very tight at the moment, but in the time that our campaign was running with Nurseseeker.co.uk we managed to recruit 12 people ourselves, just through indeed. When we raised this with Talyer she had no reply to give at all. My enormous advice is do not use these guys. They simply do not have the ability to deliver what they promise. We asked for a refund if they could not deliver and they refused - they do not have confidence in being able to provide their promises. We sponsor indeed with £10 per day and have far far more success. Bottom line: lovely people, exciting promises, totally ineffectual. I write this as an honest plea to other employers not to use these people – you will see no return on your investment.

It was great to be found a position by Kara Manders at Nurse Seekers, I have been working at the nursing home since the beginning of March 2023 and I am very happy with the way I am treated whilst working, Nurse Seekers have good communication when looking for work for people and Kara keeps checking with me to see that I am happy at work. I can commend Kara Manders to anyone that is looking for work.

Felt slightly concerned with the upfront payment to the agency , but was delighted with the service i have received from Ollie and Olivia . Constantly kept up to date with how the campaign was going , Now 2 new recruits later, we have finished our search for first class staff. Over £2000 spent on a recruitment campaign, no evidence of any work actually performed, and absolutely terrible communication unless hounded, I wish I had seen the other poor reviews before investing! I can't say that I have any evidence from my experience that this company are not just scamming people.

I have been liaising with Oliver who has been helping us find staff for the nursery. With himself and Olivia, we have managed to interview a few candidates. You never have to worry if they will turn up or not as they always do, and if they have difficulty they go through Oliver or Olivia who are in contact with us straight away. The communication is brilliant between Oliver, Olivia and us and they get back to your queries quite quickly.
We have successfully found recruited a candidate which was so easy from start to finish and we are so happy with the chosen candidate. She is professional, willing to learn, takes on challenges and just great at what she does. We are so happy we found her and feel shes a real asset to our nursery. Thank you so much to both Oliver and Olivia for all the help you have provided along the way. We are now looking for more staff so we feel that nurse seekers are the best people to go through for this.

I have had a very worthwhile experience using Nurse Seekers. I have found a number of qualified staff with them for my nursery.
Ollie, Olivia and Charlotte in the nursery team have been very proactive and updated me regularly about candidates.

I was dubious at first about the fee, but it’s clear the team cares about fulfilling the roles in the nursery and this outlay and being able to recruit so quickly has allowed me to offer places to more children. So the monetary return has been immediate.
