Here we go again! Ordered a replacement ear piece for my nurosym on 28th Jan. 2nd Feb I get an email saying they are unlikely to meet the quoted 1-3 days shipping updated to 7-10 days. Here we are on the 9th Feb. No word from them. So concerned for your health that they cant ship it out on time after paying £19 for shipping.
They havent actually reached out ive been emailing them and im still waiting for a human to contact me.

I've used the device for a year now and it has helped me a lot. I waited with evaluating to make sure it works. I feel calmer, sleep better, and can focus more at work. True, earpiece is a weak spot, but I just order a new one and even have one in spare, it's well worth it for me.

I have sent several unanswered emails to the care at nuropod.com email address about my last week’s check in with no response and I also need instructions on submitting video to receive my rebate that was promised when I ordered the device.

I recently had an issue with my Nurosym earpiece stopping working. I contacted their support team, and I was blown away by how they handled the situation. Not only were they incredibly responsive and understanding of my specific health needs, but they went above and beyond to help me.
I recently returned from a trip to find that they had sent me a replacement immediately. I was genuinely surprised and delighted by their generosity and speed. It is rare to find a company that prioritizes the well-being of their customers over strict policies. My device is working perfectly again, and I can continue my treatment. Thank you to Abigail and the whole team for the amazing support—you have won a loyal customer for life!

An overpriced TENS unit, heavily marketed on the new and dubious website scienceinhealth.com. However it’s also been praised by Bryan Johnson, which I believe is genuine and not paid hype.
I have almost perfect biomarkers overall, with one exception: very low HRV, probably because of stress. My nightly average is around 21, measured with my Oura Ring.
Because of that, I decided to give Nurosym a try despite the price. The device itself is well made and I genuinely like it. I’ve noticed slight improvements in my HRV, and I also get a relaxing effect when using it — similar to the feeling after a massage. I use it every day.
Verdict after 4 weeks: I’ll keep it. You could probably find much cheaper TENS units with an earpiece that do something similar. But if money is not an issue, this one come in an easy-to-use and polished package that is refined for vagus nerve stimulation. If sold for 200€ it would be five stars. Will update this review after 6 month use.

"My experience with Nurosym has been very positive, and I have truly appreciated the product. It has significantly helped reduce my stress and anxiety levels. During spring 2025, I was going through a very difficult period and was feeling quite unwell, and Nurosym genuinely helped calm my nervous system. I have also noticed a clear improvement in my sleep quality since using the device.

I have had the nurosym device for a year. I have tried to use consistently as recommended in three separate spells including one very recently which is why I write my honest review now. The device is really unsuitable for some people- I did not have any of the risk factors described which could cause issues, but have experienced the same problems everytime I have attempted to get into a schedule of using the device. These problems are therefore not related to any getting used to the device as I was advised might be the case when I sought assistance.
Unfortunately, my desire for the device to work initially took me outside of the return period as I really wanted to persevere and see if it would eventually be suitable. Since that time I have really tried to make it work on two other separate prolonged occasions.
With every attempt, I started to get unexplained headaches and weakness and issues with my sleep duration. None of these were causing significant problems outside of my Nurosym use, so I feel these can clearly be attributed to use especially as they were apparent on all three periods of use.
On every attempt, these receded with time after I stopped using the device, so I see an absolutely clear link.
I have previously, many years ago, suffered from vestibular neuronitis. This left me with post vital fatigue for a couple of years but this had improved before my attempting to use Nyrosym. Perhaps this is the cause for unsuitability for me, it would be something I would be keen to better understand so I can see if non ear solutions may be better suited.
I am happy for the manufacturer to get in touch if they want to know more about my experiences- I have trialled reducing time and intensity, everything i could think of to harness the devices benefits, but genuinely there is an issue in my case. I am glad to see that many others have experienced positive improvements but I feel the context of my experience may be useful for people to hear. I can only assess based on my own use and exeprience so can only fairly award 1 star.

Hello,
My wife and I bought Nurosym out of curiosity because we read about vagus nerve stimulation. As we have experienced problems with our intestines and stress management for some time, we decided it was worth a try. I had already been using cold showers and breathing techniques for some time, which helped me a lot. We have been using Nurosym for a week and have noticed a huge difference in our problems. We have noticed higher energy levels, improved digestion, higher HRV levels, improved sleep, and better stress management. We feel immediately calmer during and after the session, and we finally get a full night's rest. I haven't given up cold showers, but I have noticed an enhanced effect. I recommend Nurosym for people who want to support their recovery and for those with intestinal problems and stress.

Amazing product worked immediately.
However I have now had 2 devices which stopped working. I bought the second one as soon as the first one broke and it was an absolute nightmare getting a refund. Emails backwards and forwards at least 30 times from different support people. I have now had at least 9 replacement earpieces - some just stop working and most don’t work straight out of the box. I noticed a real improvement in my sleep and stress symptoms with the device but the stress of the constant back and forth plus constant emails that come automatically asking for my experiences and asking for these reviews has prompted me to write this. The support seems to be based in the US so don’t expect a reply on UK time either. I have much more to say but am hoping I will at least get a call from them today. At the moment my view is that it does work when it’s working! But my experience is that I have been in contact with them almost daily for at least a month so if you are trying to treat stress don’t bother!

The device is impractical. It turns off unexpectedly, and the earlobe wire is flimsy and unstable. No additional clip was added for secure attachment—aesthetics prioritized over function. Worse, the device itself has no clip, making it unwearable while moving. It is severely overpriced for what it offers.

Highly Recommended. I was drawn to vagal nerve stimulation after discovering my blood pressure was elevated and my HRV was poor. After researching the available devices it was clear that Nurosym was expertly developed and backed by multiple research publications. My experience with purchase and support has been excellent. The device feels of high quality with an excellent battery life. More importantly it has worked for me. It helps me feel relaxed, both my BP and HRV readings returned to normal within the first month of use. I will definitely keep using Nurosym every day.

The product works. It reduces anxiety and helps me sleep better. The company were very helpful when the earpiece stopped working properly, and replaced it for me.
I did wonder, after using it every day for weeks, whether the tragus might become desensitised to electrical stimulation and stop feeling it. It seemed that it was starting to, but since then I've had a long break, and haven't been using it every day since I restarted. I guess if the area does become kind of numb, you could just take a break or try a different area.

I have been using Nurosym for more than a year. Easy to use on your own, extended battery (a lot of sessions before you need to charge). It is of great support in trying to find a balance with my health issues. Very nice and efficient team for customer support.

I struggled at first to find the right setting that didn’t immediately drop my HRV. The customer service team helped me get back on track and my HRV stabilised. My mood lifted slightly but actually over the last 18 months of using the device my HRV has gently continued to drop and for the past three weeks the device has given me a headache within five minutes of starting its use (sometimes triggering a much worse headache for the rest of the day.) This device may work for some people but I don’t think it’s for me.

Amazing device which has made a huge difference to my sleep, anxiety levels and general wellbeing.
Customer service is also brilliant; responsive and helpful. I would strongly recommend Nurosym.

I’ve used Nurosym for 6 months and have seen many benefits. I initially got Nurosym due to ongoing vertigo and dizziness related to chronic inflammation and my sympathetic nervous system in overdrive and I slowly increased my tolerance to the device. At first I could only tolerate level 1 of 45 and now I’m up to level 21. The benefits are an overall reduction in stress, better more restful sleeps, I feel calmer after using the device and the feeling of anxiety and a racing heart stops. I look forward to using my Garmin watch to see if it improves my HRV as a true measure of the results that I am feeling. I recommend this product for anyone who’s on the fence. The value when you use it consistently is remarkable and exactly what everyone needs these days.

The customer service is really great. I was in contact with them twice already and both time they could resolve my problem in a quick and professional matter.
The nurosym itself didn’t helped against my disease directly but eases the psychological weight it puts on me a lot! Therefore I can advise using Nurosym on a daily basis.

I’ve been using it for two weeks now 30-60 minutes a day and I’ve not noticed any changes in my condition whatsoever. I had high hopes for this device as no other medication or even drastic changes to my diet helped my neurogenic rosacea so when I heard a dermatologist mention nurosym studies showed some improvement for this condition I bought it right away. So far I’m disappointed especially given the price of this device. I’ll try it for another few weeks just to be sure but I’m not holding my hopes up anymore

I purchased Nurosym 1 month ago and tried to use it twice a day for 30 minutes and frequently. Before I got started I experienced moderate symptoms of depression, suffered insomnia and still light symptoms of PTSD. Through the first days I already felt the impact of what this device has to offer. But, after 4 weeks I can tell that my overall wellbeing improved. I have experienced less mood swings, anxiety lessened, brain fog vanished almost completely, fatigue lessened and I started to sleep better. This experience wasn't linear, there have been ups and downs. The secret is to keep going. Writing this, I feel a sense of calm I barely remembered what it feels like. I feel more stable. I am very pleased with the outcome of my little experiment and only can encourage people to try it.
