Absolute scam! 20 GREAT BRITISH POUNDS for a pair of underwear. Ordered 4 months ago! Not yet received after being assured it would be here within 30 days and after reading these reviews I’m not sure it’s worth a 4 month wait! Requested a refund and been told they don’t refund as all orders are finalised???
Edited: just tried to get on there website and it’s now unavailable!

Would have given the zero stars if I could.
I placed a personalised necklace order end of November. The money was taken pretty much immediately but the order did not arrive. I tried to contact the company several times but I am yet to receive a refund or my items. *******DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY*******

Fraudulent company

Takes nearly 3-4 weeks to ship but returns are for within 30 days but delivery could take up to that time to come items are poor quality I brought personalised underwear and the lettered weren’t stuck on straight or properly the white thick glue was all around the underwear I messaged them about this and provided photo evidence and they are not happy to help their response was “ we have to put enough glue to ensure the letters don’t fall off “ which is poor of an excuse for terrible quality of work , I don’t see why they are glued on and not sewn on anyway very cheaply made and expensively priced I think my toddler could have done a better job

I ordered the thong with name. The letters fell off after one use, and I also ordered a ring that never arrived. I have contacted the company several times, it has now been almost 4 months since I bought it. The ring has not arrived. They are ignoring my emails. Wish i never bought from them, thieves. I never got the ring I ordered, and so so so bad quality thongs. Shame on this company!

Terrible quality- my item arrived broken! I contacted to return and was told it was out of the 30 day policy.
The item took longer than 30 days to get to me!!!
Terrible service

Bought a personalized underwear and the name fell off, the glue they used does not stick. Nice concept but very poorly made.

I wouldn’t recommend buying from these as I brought a ring and a pair or underwear with a name on and the ring made my finger green and the name fell off the underwear also they haven’t even refunded me the money back.

I would give this company zero stars! Absolute scammers. I made a purchase which took over 30 days to come, for it then to be damaged and they refused to replace or refund for the item as it was apparently outside their 30 day damage policy when I didn’t even have the item 30 days! Will never purchase from them again and would advise others not to!

ignores customers and fails to ship the products, even though they did confirm, the first package went missing during transport with DAO.

so save your money and skip this one

One star because I can't post the review without any. So... I ordered a set of black and red underwears with my husbands name on them. It arrived and I was so excited because it was really nice. However, two days later I washed them in order to be able to wear them and every letter fell off the underwear and the red one leaved colour in the water

I ordered a name necklace in silver from an Instagram ad, but not before seeing these reviews. As for the quality it looks to be stainless steel, the tag actually says steel. Their customer service lacks and when asking to refund they gave me an excuse that it was too late and it was already sent to the warehouse.

I did receive the necklace and free gift and they did come in a box. Would I order again for the money I paid no, save yourself some cash and order from Temu.

No measurements for sizing so I go with a large as that is what I am in any other capacity.
Underwear arrived absolutely tiny with the embellishments just glued on. You'd think they'd atleast be sewn on, they very easily just peel off. Fake company.
Also can't return underwear even though it's unused which means £20 wasted. Tacky.

Horrible company. Placed my order and haven't heard a thing from them since. I have emailed, raised queries on the website, messaged on both Instagram and Facebook and I have had no response. Will have to report this company as a scam to my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

I ordered an item of underwear, after one wear it was immediately faulty and the embellishments came off. Customer service asked for a photo a month ago and have ignored SEVERAL attempts to contact them since. It’s disgusting. I also wish I read the reviews prior to ordering, please please do not order from them. They’re a scam, they take your money and completely ignore you.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Firstly it took about 2 months to arrive. it’s so expensive and their sizes are ridiculous i ordered a size medium and it’s more like an XXS. They asked for a picture but nothing has been done about my order. Do not order from here. Total waste of money!!!

Horrible customer support, horrible operations. Took forever to be delivered. Had pretty much forgotten about it until it arrived. I had ordered a size L, received a size S. They asked for a picture to see the size. Took a photo with a ruler to show how it's way smaller than what it ought to be. They responded that "their factory had informed them it was shipped in the right size". Well. No refund. Do not order there. They will take your money and you won't get what you paid for.
