Ipurchad a small skillet from you…
Ipurchad a small skillet from you recently.
I used it for the first time yesterday after preparing it as recommended. I cooked tomatoes, mushrooms& small egg.
On removing the cooked food, a small amount of egg was stuck on the base of the skillet.
AgainI did as requested in booklet, ending up leaving it overnight with small liquid soup & water.
I am unable to remove the burnt food, & am not sure what to do next.

I ordered a pots and pans set. Nice looking items, but the pans stick. I thought they were meant to be non-stick. Will be contacting customer service.

Ordered a 15 piece pan set and knives
Ordered a 15 piece pan set and knives , my order was taken and fully paid for!!!
Move on a couple of weeks and without warning my order is cancelled, out of stock , rubbish!!!
No refund for 10 days and an offer of15% discount,it’s a joke they are selling same pans and knives separately, so what’s the problem.
I’m not sure if they are legally allowed to launder your money in this way ??
Very disappointed, be careful !!

Some pots came with some scratches
Some pots came with some scratches. Also, after using only once, the stains from the sauce that spilled from sides are difficult to remove and we cannot use a pot scrubber. I expected too much and was disappointed.
