Ordered Nuovva knife block
Small issue with the identification/verification process but upon contacting Nuovva via email received a very prompt personalised email response from Cherri explaining the issue and apologising for any inconvenience caused. Excellent and efficient customer service. And my delivery arrived two days later in very good condition. Excellent quality - would buy from Nuovva again.

Lovely colour great to cook with
The Dutch ovens look great in my kitchen I chose the green and they are great to cook with. I did have some teething problems which have now been sorted out but I was very impressed with the support from customer services

Excellent Customer Service
What made this experience great was the. Excellent customer service and company policy. I received a dutch oven as a gift. When I opened the box, the handle was broke. I was heartbroken. I did not get a chance to use it. I contacted customer service and with some emails and pictures, I received a replacement. I was blown away. Ahmed went above and beyond to help me.

I have been seeing the ads pop up all…
I have been seeing the ads pop up all the time. I’ve been tempted to buy it so I bought the lidded wok. To be honest first impression was looks and feels great but this would be tested when I cook. What I’ve noticed is I can’t cook in full heat. Which is good as it’s energy efficient. I can cook and get same result using low flame. My food did not stick nor did it burn. I thoroughly enjoyed my dish. I have recommended this to few more friends and they have said the same. I’m glad I bought it.

First class customer service and excellent quality pans
I bought a skillet (ie deep-sided frying pan with lid) and the quality is wonderful. For me, minor gripes are the weight as I have weak wrists but that doesn't detract from the pan's quality. Slight worry in that the lid handle gets quite hot: the other handle is fine.
I had a couple of minor problems one of which was nothing to do with Nuovva, more to do with nanny-state, and one incorrect item sent. Otherwse, delivery was excellent, very quick. Customer service was first class. E-mails were responded to almost immediately, reassurance given when I was annoyed (nanny-state's fault again), and immediate delivery of the replacement pan. Thank you, Ahmed: you were great!
I've been thinking of something else I could buy . . . .
