Issues ordering, good support

I had issues order with paypal payment.
The certificate of the webpage was expired.Then, on 3-4th attempt it somehow worked. At the end. Just to get message from the seller that the bottle was sold "yesterday".They returned the money,and had good support and response. Unfortunately i lost plenty of time and 2,5€ for a paypall fee. I think they are legit,but the website is terrible.

Dear Jacub, we are a small company that occasionally has to deal with system bugs. That day I immediately contacted our site representative and within 24 hours we fixed the problem.
