At the beginning everything is fine, your emails are answered quickly and then when you request a transfer to your bank account, nothing. 2 months, 6 emails to obtain a bank transfer and on the 5812 € paid by my clients, NummusPay made a transfer of 400 €!

Payment request requested on July 06, 2020, received in my bank account on September 25, 2020 ... i.e. 2 and a half months later.
Transfer received from MARVEL SOLUTION LTD with as reference: "Inv: 149, Date 25.09.20, Sitemaintenance and upgrade. Remotesupport for our workstation »
Sorry, but these are customer payments and not Sitemaintenance and upgrade.

The cost :
5812.14 € on my nummuspay account
received on my bank account 4310 €
Nummuspay + bank fees = 1502.14 €

nummuspay's answer:
Total processed funds are 6422 USD from your account
Fees are: 450 USD for MDR, 640 USD in Rolling reserve and 70 USD for the pre transaction fee
Your payouts are 4600 USD now and 500 USD the first time (minus bank transfer conversions to receive it in EUR)
