response is too slow

I love the presentations , beautiful. I still would like to take all if there are windows versions.
first of all there is no response from your team. moreover your presentations are not suitable for windows. some of the presentations are not even opening.

Not what I was looking for at all and…

Not what I was looking for at all and extremely rude customer service. You’re better off hiring someone to help you in person. I was not able to use their service as described and under a deadline they stole this money from me.
