They used to be great
They used to be great. Slow to ship, but only like a week.. until now. Here’s the timeline:
4/16- Placed order. No email received but $ came out of my bank account immediately.
4/22- Still no email confirmation so I send email inquiry.
4/25- Still no response so I follow up again. They ask me for order #. I explain I don’t have one since I never got email but give them my email address. Also, their website doesn’t work so when I log in and click on orders etc none of the buttons work. This happened since 4/16. I explain again. No response.
4/26- I follow up.
4/27- They respond: “ has been packaged but not shipped, hopefully it will be shipped withing a couple of days and you will get the tracking details also.”
5/4- Nothing ever sent. I follow up.
5/4- They respond “ I’ve escalated your concern to our fulfillment team for immediate review and action”
5/9-I follow up.
5/10- They respond “your order had been cancelled on May 4 as the item was out of stock and your amount was also refunded into your account that you might have receive in your account.“
I respond “ Why did it take 24 days to find this out? This is absolutely insane and I’m never ordering from you again.”
They respond “ We apologise for this.”
I respond “ I never received a credit to my bank. This makes no sense. I need this escalated to management immediately.”
At this point I’m at my wits end, hence my leaving this review and hoping to at least, warn others. I need CBD oil to sleep, I’ve been waiting 24 days. Unacceptable. And they keep sending out daily emails with discounts etc. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

This was a great company
This was a great company, great website, excellent products and prompt shipping. Then something happened, they changed their shipping company I think. They were delayed. Last week I tried to reorder the same products and when I couldn’t, I e mailed them, someone responded back indicating that due regulatory changes some products are no longer offered in my area, fine, but they need to inform clients on their website, make an announcement, send e mails. Oh you can shop other products that are offered in your area, no indication on any product on the website where that product is available. Anyway I already found another company.
Slimy company that should be avoided
Nuleaf Naturals used to be a great company but something has happened. They treat their customers like crap and are no longer the honest company providing great products that they used to be. Although their products are good quality their customer service and business procedures are lacking and I don’t trust them anymore.
I recently was traveling and ordered some gummies to the hotel was staying at. I paid an extra $6 for a $40 product to be expedited with 1 day overnight shipping. My product did not arrived and when I contacted them their customer service was rude and really unhelpful. They advised me that the product was on its way but still a week later no tracking number not that it matters as I’ve left the hotel and am not going back.
Luckily made the purchase with my Amex so I’ve already contracted them and advised them of the situation and they will reverse the charge for me.
But really this company sucks and should be avoided. There’s tons of other companies that provide great CBD products that won’t be a challenge to deal with like these guys are.

Love this company's products! I use multiple gummies, tinctures, and pet products. My husband and I previously bought from CBD FX, but we like these products much more. Customer service had gotten bad, but it seems like they fixed the problem thankfully.

Poor customer service… haven’t been able to log onto the site for over 48 hours… CS says they sent a link but they didn’t…shipping is a nightmare… have to wonder if these problems have also affected the quality of the products…was once an outstanding company but not anymore… customer for 7 years but I’m heading over to Lazarus Naturals… I’ve lost confidence in this company and can’t no longer trust them to deliver a first rate product. and because I complained to customer service about the unacceptable shipping and now because I couldn't get online my login screen says.."invalid credentials". I guess they block you when you give poor reviews/and contact customer service about their poor service.....owned by a Canadian company called High Tide since 2021....explains all the problems I guess
NuLeaf Naturals is a total scam
NuLeaf Naturals is a total scam! They had me buy a $30 membership for 1 year, and then after just 1 month, they said they could no longer ship the CBD capsules to me because they changed their policy. I asked for a refund of my membership, and they refused. What type of customer service is that?
Customer Service? I don't think so.
I placed an order that was shipped promptly. Unfortunately, the order was incomplete, and I only received one of two items. Attempting to reach anyone at NuLeaf was an absolute Herculean task, with their phone number, chatbot, and website all saying to email them, which I have done five times now with no response. Shady business. Avoid at all costs and go with a more reputable organization. They used to be great, but I'm not sure what happened.

So sad to leave this review as I used to love this company! Products were high quality and affordable. They seem to have had a drastic shift in how they do business (including major price slashing?). I ordered 9 days ago and my order still has not shipped. After struggling to get in touch with anyone who isn't feeding responses from ChatGPT, I finally canceled my order. There are tons of great alternatives out there that I will be utilizing. In the meantime, I hope they get it together.
Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. They used to be good, but for the past 4 months, they are having tremendous problems with fulfilling orders.
They keep giving me the runaround. Every time I call or email them, you get people from India, who are difficult to understand, then one will tell you your order will finally be shipping out, but then the next day, they say that it was backlogged, and didn't know when they would get it in. This is after placing an order 3 weeks ago. I am trying to cancel the order now since it still hasn't shipped, but unable to get them to respond. I will call my credit card tomorrow, to have them cancel the charge.
My E-mail was blocked by them
I had an issue and contacted their e-mail customer support. They responded to ask some questions about my order and problem. Upon replying to the e-mail, I received a notice that my e-mail was blocked from their server. No sooner than that happened, they now have a new sham on their website. No more discounts for those who really need it (military, 1st responders, etc) The "Elite" prices are still more than what once was

Charged me for two items and only received one. After almost two weeks there has been no resolution. Chat calls are dropped or when a refund or replacement was promised by chat or email, nothing was done.
SCAM COMPANY!!!
I have had the exact same experience! No phone number. You deal with an Indian chat who does not know that stock and kept me waiting many minutes between chats to check with "the department". Turns out they didn't have the product I ordered but mever told me, even though I chated several times and was told they were going make my (non-exisitent) product "on priority". Go elswhere!
