I'm a very skeptical consumer because I've been ripped off more times than I can count. But Nulastin Lash and Brow Serums are the real deal. My brows were becoming sparse and thin so I started with just the brow serum. In about 2-3 months, I noticed a huge difference. My brows were full again and growing back in their original, dark color. I was so happy I added the lash serum. I had eyelashes, but they were short and straight. After about 6 weeks of the lash serum, I could not believe my eyes. My lashes were noticeably longer and actually held a curl with an eyelash curler. I noticed a big difference in my lashes just upon waking up in the morning. I was honestly shocked because I didn't think a product would work this well. I've now subscribed to the combo pack. PLUS, their customer service is outstanding. I had an issue with a shipment and had an email plus a follow-up call within a few days of submitting my need for assistance on their website (nulastin.com). Nulastin is pricey but well worth it if your lashes and brows are an issue for you.

I’ve been a very happy customer of Nulastin since 2022–this week was the cherry on top.
I began using their lash and brow serum and because of the brilliant results I added the hair serum-WOW!!
I received my subscription and my hair serum arrived “a little less than tidy”.
The lid had become dislodged even under the plastic seal and squished out.
The boxes were absolutely pristine-I sent a note which was promptly replied to and now I’m awaiting the replacement.
Kudos to the real, live humans there and the wonderful products they sell.
I love my lashes and brows-I wear nearly no makeup now and I feel so confident in my more natural state.

Nulastin is one of the only companies I've tried where the Lash and Brow serums actually work. I was skeptical at first because it is on the pricier side and I'd already tried several other lash serums on the market, but I'll gladly pay the price when it actually delivers results! My lashes are longer and thicker, and my brows have filled in nicely.

I'd also recommend reading up on their science articles and clinical studies. They can back up their claims!

I have been using the eyebrow serum for about 5 weeks and it's really working! I'm impressed. I think it will continue to work until I reach the fullness I'm hoping for, so I'll go ahead and post this now. I will update if there are any significant changes.

So I have finally finished a bottle of their eyelash growth serum and I would absolutely not recommend it. As someone who has used a large variety of lash serums, from GrandeLash & RapidLash to drugstore brands like e.l.f. and The Ordinary - I have never had worse irritation and side effects than Nulastin.
Note: Just to be clear, I do not use brand after brand of lash serums consecutively. Even if a lot of these are ophthalmologist approved, best thing to do is leave your eyelids clean and left alone so I use one brand of lash serum once every couple of years to "rest" my lashes.
Back to the topic, there is often an itchiness or light stinging/burning feeling that comes with a lot of lash serums but this was definitely by far the worst. I noticed that within days of using Nulastin, I had ended up with 2-3 milia on my waterline per eye. My lids would often burn and I've noticed a decrease in fat in my eye area, making it look look hollow and much more aged. My lids have also darkened to a purplish red. Although my lashes did grow a bit (about the same as if I were to use GrandeLash or RapidLash), they ended up falling off after I stopped using it. I would advise against using this brand and seek other alternatives.

And yes, I did contact Nulastin and they were not helpful. They simply advised I stop using the product as they did confirm I was using it correctly but the formula probably is incompatible with me.

I tried the serum once a few years ago and it worked, but it seriously irritated my eyes after a few weeks. They refunded me. I decided to try it again this year because I've tried other lash serums but they haven't worked very well and I hoped my experience would be different this time around if i only used it once a day instead of twice. Nope. After only 2 applications, my eyes got seriously itchy and red. I only applied it to my upper lashes as instructed and didn't get any into my eyes. I contacted customer service for a refund, but because they refunded me a few years ago, they're refusing to refund me now. They then sent me a bunch of instructions on how to use the product, but the irritation and redness is not worth the lash growth. Very disappointed, and lesson learned.
