Nuki is one of the very few (!) vendors out there, that actually work actively on customer experience. The product, the app, guides, etc... it is simply done the way it should be. Someone invested some time into UX.

Great aftersales
Unfortunately my first Nuki SmartLock Pro stopped working after a couple of months.
Reached out to Nuki support and they quickly determined the device was faulty and sent a replacement. The new device works great.

Really pleased with my Nuki lock
Really pleased with my Nuki lock. It’s very well engineered and the app is easy to use. I was a bit worried about the installation as I ordered the one with the barrel but it was very easy.

Really easy to fit and remove without leaving a mark on the door. Works perfectly. Walk up to the door and as long as you are carrying your phone it just opens. Or there's a keypad as well.
