Good quality items and easy to order
I needed only one item, a very particular kind of socks, but the website is very clear, and I could see everything set out well, and it was easy to find what I wanted. Thankfully, the website behaved well, it didn't ask stupid questions, put me into a loop, or throw me out, which I regard as a definite plus.
My special socks came very quickly, although that wasn't my priority. It was more important that the item was exactly as described, and of good quality, which they are.

I did not agree to be put on a mailing…
I did not agree to be put on a mailing list by this company but was anyway.
EDIT: They replied saying they didn't put me on a mailing list, I purchased an item from eBay and then got an two emails outside of eBay from them despite never signing up for an account with them, so they must've used my email from the eBay transaction to contact me asking for a rating for their main website, along with the option to 'unsubscribe' from the emails.
