I would highly recommend Nugnes 1920

I would highly recommend Nugnes 1920. I ordered it easily online and received it within days. It was also wrapped in lovely wrapping paper, along with the Chloe bag and packaging. Everything was authentic and high quality. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

Shipment lost, shop refuses refund

I ordered something to Germany, sadly the shipment never arrived. Fedex, the delivery partner, has allegedly left the shipment in my postbox which is a) physically impossible and b) not allowed since I did not agree to drop the parcel somewhere outside.

Nugnes refuses to take responsiblity for this and doesn't want to refund me. Instead, they send me a 20 % discount code for future orders. The shop is breaking European consumer law with this. And what's worth is it's insulting to send me a voucher for a future order which will obviously never happen.

I have reported this to my credit card provider and initiated a drawback of the payment. Hopefully I will get my money back this way.

Big warning for this shop, if you order then only with paypal where this can be resolved quickly. Otherwise don't, the shop does not stick to the law. I am investigating if I can report this to some sort of European consumer protection institution.

Great experience

Ordered from this site after looking at other reviews to check it was genuine, my order was delivered super quick which was amazing.
Jacket I ordered was authenticated via the Moncler website so very happy.
What’s good aswell I’m in the uk and as it stated below the purchase orders include tax and import duties so added bonus again.
