Ben & Charley arrived at the appointed time and were efficient and effective. I have had our water ingress problem investigated by plumbers and builders and even an engineer without any success. Ben and Charley investigated, identified and rectified the problem quickly.
My only complaint is with myself in that I didn't think to contact NuFlow CQ much sooner.

Ben turned up at the time he said he would, and Ben used systems to keep me informed of his progress to the job so that I was ready for his arrival. Ben used top quality equipment and was happy to explain to the client what he was doing, why, and what he was finding. Ben took charge of the problem when it was identified and contacted the Council as it was in Council's part of the sewer pipe. Ben explained what was likely to be required for Council to fix the problem. Ben had an apprentice with him, and I was impressed by his instruction of him in the use of equipment and its functions - he is a good coach and teacher.

Nuflow are a Top Company that always provides very professional service. I would definitely use Nuflow again.

Ben came to my property and was able to immediately identify the problem with his camera. Nuflow has the right gear to get the job done! They were extremely professional and knowledgeable and explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand. They will be the first people I ring if ever I have a plumbing problem.

Ben and his team carried out the relining of our drain very quickly and professionally. He gave a fixed quote and a date the work was to be done. The team was able to do the work earlier than promised. I am very happy with the job and highly recommend them.

Only reason I haven't given it a 5 is that your staff forgot one small sealing job. But I'm pretty sure you will come back to fix that, as your team is very responsive.
