Scam

Scam, products change all the time and when you order they automatically sign you up to a 3o day rolling subscription. Obvious scam as I bought 3 months worth of face cream why would I need 3 months worth of cream every month. They also say only your first order come under the 30 day guarantee so when you realise you have been subscribed to rolling order its already been 30 days so you cant even send back your original order.

2 month minimum subscription

The initial offer draws you in as it is a great discount. Unless you read ALL the small print you are committed to a minimum two months subscription. They will not cancel the second order or give a refund. At least they did confirm the subscription is now cancelled.

Beware!

I ordered from this company after coming across an ad on Facebook. The product was on sale so decided to give it a try. I placed an order on 17th September 2025 for 3 jars of said product. On 17th October I received an email from the company confirming "my" order for the same product at more than double the price. I immediately queried this as I had NOT placed an order only to be told that their company was a subscription only company sending out the same product every month at the much higher price until cancelled. My argument was that I was not aware of this when placing the order as the Facebook ad did not specify this and had I known I would not have ordered anything. The company is unsympathetic and refusing to cancel the existing order but have kindly cancelled my subscription! A subscription that was obtained without my knowledge. BEWARE
